**C6 Products Return Policy**
C6 Products accepts returns within thirty (30) days of shipment. Please note that the following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange: open software, mapping/chart data cards, international orders, freight truck-only items, and special order items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your return is accepted, we will provide one of the following remedies within 10 business days:
- An exchange for the item returned
- A non-transferable merchandise credit
- A credit to the original payment method
- A refund check
To initiate a return, customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing us at returns@c6products.com. An RMA number will be issued along with instructions for returning the package, usually within 1-3 business days.
**Defective Products:**
For defective items deemed necessary for return by the manufacturer, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided. Customers must first contact the manufacturer for technical support to confirm that the product is defective and that a replacement is needed. Please provide the name of the technician, the serial number, and details about the defect. Return instructions and a label will be sent accordingly.
**Non-Defective Returns:**
Eligible non-defective products may be returned for a full refund minus any shipping charges incurred. To qualify for a non-defective return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Non-defective returns with signs of use, missing parts/packaging, missing proof of purchase/UPC code, or mismatched serial numbers will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective items. It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for valuable items, as C6 Products is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
**General Policies – Cancellations, Shipping Damage, Missing Packages, Shipment Refusals:**
Orders submitted online are processed immediately and cannot be canceled. You may have to wait until you receive the merchandise to process a return. Claims for shipment damage, incorrect or missing items, or non-receipt of goods must be reported within seven (7) days. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with refused shipments, including carrier fees and return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are sent C.O.D., lack a return authorization, show signs of undisclosed installation or use, have missing parts or packaging, lack proof of purchase or UPC code, or have serial numbers that do not match our records. If any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
